    NEED TO KNOW

    Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about practicing with your Tervelle Tennis Trainer.

Can I practice tennis without a partner or court?
Yes. The rebound trainer is designed for solo practice, so you can work on your timing and swing whenever you have a little space—such as a driveway, backyard, or suitable open area at the park.
How does the rebound ball trainer work?
The ball is attached to an elastic cord connected to the trainer base. Hit the ball, let it rebound back toward you, and repeat to practice your swing rhythm, hand-eye coordination, and ball timing.
    What comes in the set?
The product listing describes a tennis rebound trainer with 3 string balls, a sports wristband, and a mesh storage bag. Please check the selected product option and listing details for the exact package contents. A tennis racket is not listed in the product title.
    Is it suitable for beginners?
It can be a helpful practice aid for beginners and returning players. Start with gentle, controlled hits and focus on making consistent contact before gradually increasing your pace.
Can I use it indoors and outdoors?
The product is presented for indoor and outdoor practice. Choose a flat, stable surface with enough room to swing freely, and keep people, pets, windows, and fragile items clear of the hitting area.

Exactly what I needed I live in an apartment complex with no courts nearby, so this was the perfect way to get some tennis practice in. Easy to set up and the rebound is way faster than I expected. Great buy.

My new favorite way to workout I hate going to the gym. Hate it. But this? This is a blast. I set it up in the driveway, put on a podcast, and just hit balls for 20-30 minutes. Cardio + fun = obsessed.

Best purchase I’ve made this year Saw this on Instagram and thought it looked too good to be true… but it actually is amazing. I haven’t played tennis in years, but this helped me get back into it without needing a court or a buddy. I keep it in the car boot and bring it to the park on weekends. Ab ... solutely love it.

Can’t believe how fun this is! I bought this on a whim because I wanted to get moving again after sitting at a desk all day. OMG it’s more fun than I expected. I break a sweat, laugh at myself missing the ball, and I don’t even notice time passing. 30 minutes later I’m feeling GOOD. Highly recommen ... d for anyone who wants to feel like a kid again.

I have used these to improve my game for many, many years. I highly recommend if you have never used one before. The balls will come back to you faster than if you were playing with another human, so in my opinion, you work harder with this and improve your game. I recommend really paying attention ... to how high you are hitting it to simulate the net, and use this to focus your aim. I am a High School Varsity Tennis Coach and will be making sure each of my team members know this is an option!

I have been giving my niece tennis lessons. This is a great tool to help beginners learn how the ball moves, and they develop the reflexes needed to play better. She has been teaching her friends as well.

My daughter made it onto the JV Tennis team her freshman year but didn't have much experience. We bought this for her so she would have something to help hone her skills and improve her hand/eye coordination. It takes a little bit of time to get used to but once you do, it is a life-changer. You hav ... e to be able to hit the ball hard enough to pull on the string or else it just dies on the way back to you. If you hit it hard enough it will come back at you like you're playing against another person. She's made huge strides in improving her skills and the use of this little tool at home has made a pretty big difference.

Our son Samuel, who is 13, received the tennis buddy under the tree this morning and was so excited to try it out. We live out in the country with no tennis courts nearby, so it’s been amazing that he can play right at home. He sure is enjoying it and learning the tricks! ❤️

After long days, I don’t want a complicated workout. This lets me get in some movement, burn off stress, and feel good in under half an hour. Honestly, it doesn’t even feel like exercise :)
